This year’s Scottish MGA Day will start at National Trust Scotland, Bannocburn Visitors Centre, Glasgow Road, Whins of Milton,Stirling. FK7 0LJ.
It includes a good selection of Lochs (and Scotland’s only Lake) and a couple of good climbs. In the morning the run will take in the Carron Valley and Reservoir, the lovely drive over the Campsies followed by the Lake of Menteith finishing with lunch near Aberfoyle.
After lunch we will we will continue with the water and climbs theme taking in Lochs Lomond, Katrine, Achray and Venachar as well as the Duke’s Pass before finishing back in the Stirling area.
We hope to see as many of the Scottish MGAs as possible plus hopefully a few from south of the border.
