With 35 cars entered and a decent weather forecast Glamis promised to be a good event, and it was.
A couple of very heavy showers on Saturday muddied the ground for a bit but Sunday dawned sunny and dry and remained so throughout.
With most cars arranged in an S formation and with new hanging baskets on display the stand looked really good, all that might have improved it was to have cut the grass, but Glamis is a long way on a motor mower!
The informal Concours was awarded to Jim Henderson with his twin cam and runners up were Chas Batchelor with his Magnette and new, from Orkney, member, Peter Grant, with his MGB.
All in all, a good weekend , enjoyed by everyone.
